Gary S. Winer
Gary Winer was a patent attorney in corporate biotech in the mid-1980s, before moving to corporate management for biotech and electronics companies mid-career, and eventually returning to patents by joining Fleit Intellectual Property Law in 2007.
Gary has since become a managing member of the firm, practicing primarily in the areas of preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and preparing non-infringement and invalidity opinions.
