Jeff Giunta
Jeffrey N. Giunta joined Fleit Intellectual Property Law in 2001. He practices in many areas of patent, trademark and copyright law. He has served as patent counsel for Catalina Marketing Corporation and has handled patent, trademark and copyright litigation and prosecution in private practice. In addition to being a patent, trademark and copyright attorney, Jeff was a licensed professional electrical engineer. He has worked in the areas of radar technology and satellite, terrestrial and mobile digital radio communications, DSP and embedded software development, design and development of digital circuit and automated test fixtures. Jeff is a frequent lecturer to companies on intellectual property.
